Expert & Designer of management solutions for all crops

Our Story

Divatec was created in January 2006 by our two current managing directors, Jean-Michel Mahé and John Guitteny. Our company started with only three employees and our scope stretched from Brittany to the Pays de la Loire region.

In 2011, a new entity came into being: Lycotec, our partner company operating in the Côtes d’Armor (22) region.

Our company moved to new premises in 2012 due to rapid growth.

In 2016, we celebrated 10 years of Divatec. Our business is enjoying strong growth. Our markets now stretch across France and we have emerging export projects. Divatec now has 20 employees.

Our company gained new momentum in 2017 with the launch of an export development project and an internal restructure resulting in new staff.

In 2020, David Aubineau joined the management team and is now at Jean-Michel Mahé and John Guitteny’s side.

Today, Divatec enjoys national and international influence with numerous projects in France and abroad.

International influence

Numerous export projects are currently under way (Mauritius, Portugal, New Zealand, Congo, etc.).

We offer our clients a comprehensive, bespoke range of services combining merchandise export, installation and commissioning.

Our Business Areas

Divatec provides services in the areas of pumping, irrigation, fertilisation, information technology, electricity, climate management and greenhouse equipment.

We design and produce water management, energy management and handling equipment systems while optimising crop development. We aim to provide comprehensive support, which is why we are also developing an import business for some equipment.

We work primarily with market gardeners, nursery owners, horticulturists, arborists and growers. Our client base forms two distinct groups: ‘above ground’ producers and ‘field’ producers.
